Arbour Hotel & Residence is a five star hotel that launched in November 2021 during the peak of COVID-19. They tasked our sister agency, Ship it Digital to develop a series of photo and video content for us to create, and pair it with a strategic advertising campaign designed to both generate awareness and book at a later date.

Arbour Hotel has a stellar dining experience, Fundamental. Being a brand new venue, it was important to highlight the quality of the food and to generate positive customer reviews.

We ran a three-month paid media campaign utilizing key promotions/discounts along with the photo/video content, generating a 7x ROI and pushing the hotel to a 65% occupancy rate during the most challenging time period for the hospitality industry of thailand.
